Job Summary
Oversee all clinical aspects of services for an assigned team, providing administrative and clinical supervision while delivering direct clinical services based on client and agency needs. Manage, direct, and lead treatment services, including complete comprehensive assessments for new intakes of at least six per week. Train staff, coordinate operations, and approve session notes to ensure clinical documentation meets compliance standards. Facilitate family team meetings, attend DBH and stakeholder meetings, and provide individual and group supervision to improve staff skills and productivity. Ensure coverage of services and crisis support across teams and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Independent License in DC
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in District of Columbia
- Two-three years of experience in the field
- One – three years of supervisory experience
- 3 years of experience in Behavioral health
- Weekends as needed
- Washington, DC 20016 (Preferred)
- Washington, DC 20016: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
