Job Summary
Lead and develop a clinical team delivering ABA services across clinic, home, and community settings. Oversee supervision of BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, and Apprentices; supervise treatment plan quality, EHR/documents, and insurance authorizations; build leadership capacity, foster culture, and partner with Regional VP and operations to meet regional goals. Manage caseloads, coach staff through weekly 1:1s, run all-staff meetings, drive clinical quality, and represent Cultivate in community events while ensuring high-quality client outcomes and staff wellbeing. Full-time role in Louisville, KY on-site with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, flexible PTO, and professional development support.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
- BCBA certification
- state licensure preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive experience including supervision and case management
- experience supervising BCBAs/RBTs
- ability to develop and mentor staff
- background and drug screen required
