Job Summary
Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care while conducting clinical assessments and supervisory visits throughout Cuyahoga Falls and surrounding areas. Develop individuated care plans, oversee service implementation, and supervise RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other field staff. Facilitate new hire orientation, conduct competency evaluations for new and tenured staff, and review clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated Registered Nurse passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN
- Prior Home Health and OASIS experience (minimum 1 year)
Desired Qualifications
- Acute care, medical-surgical, and/or sub-acute experience
