Job Summary
Clinical Manager for AirLife responsible for clinician product training, product evaluations/implementation, training AirLife personnel, and interfacing with clinicians for product feedback. Responsibilities include answering end-user questions, conducting research and interpretation of studies, medical writing, and developing the company’s evidence plan (contracting, budgeting, and execution of trials, white papers, posters, and advertorials). Will maintain logs of customer training sessions, provide on-site and trade-show product training, and collaborate across sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to define product requirements, identify enhancements, and improve cost and fulfillment. Requires leadership in cross-functional activities, focus on quality and safety, and commitment to Customer-first service with DEIA principles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal 5 years clinical experience, 10 years preferred
- Registered Respiratory Therapist
- RN
- Paramedic
- Anesthesia Technician
- Professional license
- Travel: >70%
- Knowledge of respiratory disease states, clinical application of AirLife products, familiarity with critical care and anesthesia environments
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Prior training experience a plus
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
