Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, and peer specialists by overseeing clinical and administrative operations for an Assertive Community Treatment program serving adults with severe mental illness. Manage staff hiring, performance feedback, scheduling, and supervision while ensuring ACT fidelity standards and high-quality client care. Cascade organizational strategy to lower levels, design group communication expectations, and monitor performance indicators. Handle client and agency complaints, develop new services, and ensure accurate clinical documentation and billing compliance. Collaborate with community agencies to enhance service delivery and advocate for the organization at state and local levels. Maintain strict adherence to budget and program goals while supporting staff professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in a license-eligible field
- Current Colorado licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Licensure from another state is acceptable if the candidate is in the process of obtaining Colorado licensure and will receive it within six months of hire
- Three years of experience working with the population served by the clinical area of responsibility, including administrative experience in a behavioral health setting
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with a driving record that meets organization's requirements
- Excellent knowledge of theoretical issues related to clinical treatment
- Treatment philosophy consistent with the organization's goals
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Trained and experienced in screening, assessment, and treatment of mental health and substance abuse concerns
- Required Vaccination and TB Test
- Annual influenza (flu) shot
- Negative TB test result before first day of work
