Job Summary
Clinical Manager leads clinical excellence and oversees the clinical team within Arvida’s aged care communities. Responsibilities include managing clinical risk, planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives, rostering, recruitment, budgeting, and ensuring a resident-led care model that aligns with contractual and legislative requirements. Requires collaborative leadership, RN registration with NZ Annual Practicing Certificate, and a strong focus on quality of care for older New Zealanders.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with NZ Annual Practicing Certificate
- ideally post-graduate qualification (e.g. Gerontological Nursing, Business Management)
- experience managing a clinical team
- budget management experience
