Job Summary
Oversee the Ambulatory Care department’s service delivery, including surgical and medical sub-specialty clinics, with a focus on staffing, budgeting, safety, and quality. Lead and collaborate with the leadership team to pursue evidence-based practice, Lean initiatives, and continuous quality improvement; develop and monitor metrics to optimize patient outcomes and service delivery; ensure staff have resources and training; coordinate with departments and external agencies; represent Ambulatory Care on hospital committees; drive interprofessional collaboration and a culture of continuous learning. Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic) and a commitment to family-centered care are key, along with strong communication, change management, and leadership capabilities. Relocation reimbursement is available.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or member in good standing of a relevant professional designation (Essential)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change (Essential)

- Superior communication skills, both oral and written (Essential)
