Job Summary
Oversee all personnel and patient care services, ensuring quality and safe delivery of home health services through compliance monitoring and clinical process adherence. Manage referral volume, liaison workflows, and start-of-care compliance while implementing quality improvement programs and field visits. Direct daily operations by handling on-call rotations, staffing needs, budget oversight, and performance evaluations for field staff. Collaborate with billing, intake, and referral sources to address authorizations and resolve patient issues, maintaining active RN or PT licensure and practicing agency protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Three (3) years of experience as an RN or PT in an acute care setting
- Current RN or PT license in the state of employment
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Knowledgeable on nursing best practices
- Ability to make appropriate nursing judgments
- Ability to identify a situation and handle it with the best possible solution
- Detail-oriented and observant
- Ability to prioritize and be timely
- Ability to clinically triage the needs of the department to ensure team goals are met timely
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team member
- Dexterity & vision to complete documentation on computer
Desired Qualifications
- RN is strongly preferred
