Job Summary
Clinical Manager in an active field RN role leading a hands-on home health team in Boca Raton. Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical staff, oversee daily operations with the Director of Nursing, conduct field nursing visits, review assessments and care plans for accuracy and compliance, ensure adherence to Medicare and agency protocols, support QA/QAPI initiatives, participate in audits and surveys, and balance leadership duties with active field involvement to drive high-quality patient care and agency outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license in good standing
- Active Field RN experience
- Minimum of 2 years of home health clinical experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Home Health Conditions of Participation, OASIS, documentation standards, and clinical compliance requirements
- Experience using AI-supported clinical tools, including Oasis and documentation technology, strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead confidently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using EMR/documentation systems and standard office technology
- Positive attitude, strong accountability, and team-oriented mindset
