Job Summary
The Clinical Manager will provide clinical support to staff across various settings within the continuum of mental health care, assisting individuals in crisis residential and secured environments. This position offers leadership, staff development, and oversight of clinical services while ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
- One year of management/managerial experience preferred
- Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist preferred
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
- Demonstrated competence in leadership and wellness
- Experience with crisis and residential services
- Familiarity with community resources and care coordination
Additional Requirements
- Driving is an essential function of this position
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
