Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to patients via direct and telephone contact, coordinating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery and active patient participation in planning and care. Assists physicians with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching. Requires NYS LPN license and current NYS registration; CPR/BLS certification preferred. Position includes full-time hours, Monday–Friday, in Lake Katrine, NY, with a typical 8AM–5PM schedule. Works under supervision of the care team, potentially supervising clerical/medical assistants and other non-licensed personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing.
