Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, SLP) (FT/Weekends)

Clinical Liaison coordinating between internal and external referral sources and the acute inpatient rehabilitation operations. Establishes relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources; ensures appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with hospital Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director; works with case coordinators and the admissions team to ensure a responsive referral and admission process. Schedule involves Friday–Monday, 10-hour shifts at Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital (Blue Ash, OH). Requires active clinical licensure and driving privilege; inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
