Clinical Liaison (RN, LPN, OT, COTA, PT, PTA, SLP, RRT) (PRN)

Clinical Liaison coordinates between internal and external referral sources and the acute inpatient rehabilitation operations, ensuring patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with hospital Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director. Works closely with hospital Case Coordinators and the admissions team to ensure a responsive referral and admission process. Requires current clinical license and valid driver's license. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritization, analytical and critical thinking, detail-oriented approach, and knowledge of medical terminology.
