Job Summary
The Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse at Heart to Heart Hospice will develop a presence in the healthcare community, perform comprehensive nursing assessments, and consult with medical professionals about hospice programs. Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with new business and community education initiatives. Candidates must have an accredited nursing degree, a current RN license, and two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Two years of experience as an RN, preferred in hospice or healthcare/clinical setting
