Job Summary
Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians, case managers, and healthcare providers while educating them on Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute's specialized rehabilitation services. Conduct patient assessments and screenings to determine eligibility for care, then coordinate referrals and admissions to ensure seamless transitions within the interdisciplinary team. This role supports individuals recovering from neurological conditions through personalized treatment plans and multidisciplinary approaches, fostering a collaborative environment focused on improved quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
- Prior experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or clinical liaison role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of neurological conditions and rehabilitation services
