Job Summary
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing by conducting daily outbound calls, drop-ins, and networking visits to qualify high-value referral sources. Lead community and professional events to maintain visibility while strengthening partnerships with VA organizations and healthcare leaders. Convert prospects into in-person living-room visits or contract reviews, guiding families through decision-making with empathy and clarity. Maintain a disciplined follow-up routine to ensure a full, active pipeline and use CRM tools to prioritize high-impact actions. Represent BrightStar Care® in the eastside of Cuyahoga County, requiring a hunter mentality, 150+ weekly calls, and an existing network of healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required - Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Social Work, or a related field
- Existing network of healthcare professionals is required - discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, facility leadership, etc.
- Proven track record of measurable results - referral growth, territory expansion, revenue generation
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- High computer literacy, including CRM systems and productivity tools
- Ability to consistently make 150+ outbound calls per week
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Drug screen, background check, and criminal record clearance
- Up‐to‐date vaccinations (including COVID)
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical or allied health background preferred - RN, LPN, Social Worker, PTA/OTA, or similar
- Experience in healthcare sales highly preferred - home care, hospice, SNF, assisted living, or medical staffing
