Job Summary
Clinical Liaison coordinates between internal and external referral sources with focus on worker compensation and acute inpatient rehabilitation operations. Establishes relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources. Ensures appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with hospital Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director. Collaborates with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth referral and admission process.
Required Qualifications
- Current Clinical License or comparable years of experience managing IRF
- Valid Driver's License
