Job Summary
Clinical Liaison coordinates between internal and external referral sources and the acute inpatient rehabilitation operations; establishes relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources; ensures appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with hospital Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director; works with hospital Case Coordinators and the admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth referral and admission process.
Required Qualifications
- Current Clinical License
