Job Summary
Cultivate referral relationships, manage assigned territory, and complete patient assessments. Make sales contacts and analyze referral and admission data to facilitate conversion with admissions staff, nurses, and internal teams. Collaborate with stakeholders including physicians, ICU nurses, discharge planners, and payer representatives to develop and maintain excellent relationships. Provide feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service and the referral process. Requires current licensure in nursing or related therapy fields with at least two years of rehabilitation experience. Full-time weekend schedule with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy
- Minimum of two years' experience in the designated field of license
- Must be available for weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university
- Prior marketing experience
- Prior rehabilitation experience
- Prior LTACH experience
