Job Summary
Cultivate referral relationships, manage assigned territory, and complete patient assessments while making sales contacts and analyzing referral and admission data. Collaborate with the Admissions Manager, nursing staff, and internal and external teams to facilitate referral conversion and provide feedback on program development and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain excellent relationships with prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives. Work under the direction of the Director of Business Development to support the conversion of referrals into admissions.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy
- Minimum of two years' experience in the designated field of license
- Experience in rehabilitation/LTACH
- Experience in marketing
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university
