Clinical Liaison (CL), Acute Rehabilitation

Build and maintain referral relationships to drive admissions to the acute rehab unit. Coordinate intake and pre-admission screening while performing on-site clinical judgment at referring facilities to determine patient appropriateness. Communicate rehabilitation options to patients and families, assess expectations, and secure information on resources and benefits. Function as the initial contact for external case management and discharge planners with payors and hospital facilities. Requires clinical licensure, a bachelor's degree, and previous clinical experience with EMR skills. Full-time role in Lewiston, ID with a 15K bonus.
