Clinical Liaison (CL) Acute Rehabilitation

Build and maintain referral relationships to drive admissions to the acute rehab unit by performing on-site clinical judgment at referring facilities. Coordinate intake and pre-admission screening while communicating facility options to patients and families. Assess patient expectations, requirements, and resource benefits, then function as the initial contact for external case management and discharge planners with payors and hospital facilities. This full-time role in Ames, IA requires clinical licensure and EMR skills, with a valid driver's license and previous clinical experience.
