Clinical Liaison

Clinical Liaison bridges healthcare and business development by marketing to professional referral partners in long-term care, building community engagement, documenting referrals, and promoting Care Initiatives’ programs. The role requires 2–3 years of healthcare marketing and/or sales experience, and experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Active RN, LPN, or RT licensure is required. The position covers the Council Bluffs, IA area and is an in-person role with Care Initiatives, offering comprehensive benefits. Key duties include designing and implementing marketing plans for referral partners, engaging hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families, and ensuring smooth transitions of care while adhering to applicable laws and admissions processes.
