Job Summary
Clinical Liaison bridging healthcare and business development through professional referral partnerships, hospital collaborations, and community engagement. Responsibilities include designing and executing a marketing plan to meet referral needs, conducting marketing calls, documenting referrals, promoting program awareness in compliance with federal/state laws, and supporting the admissions and continuum-of-care processes. Requires 2-3 years of healthcare marketing and/or sales experience and active RN, LPN, or RT license; preferred experience in skilled nursing or long-term care; strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
