Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies to support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and community settings while carrying a limited caseload under the supervision of licensed Clinical Leaders. Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities to gain early clinical leadership exposure, and assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity. Support parent education conversations alongside senior clinicians and collaborate with Training and Operations teams. This hands-on internship provides a mapped pathway blending direct care with mentorship for future Clinical Leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
- 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services
- 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
- Comfort working with diverse populations
