Job Summary
Lead Veterinary Surgeon role based in Lampeter, Wales. Lead and support the clinical team, working closely with the Practice Director to deliver high standards of care across a varied caseload (consults and surgery), mentor and develop less experienced vets, drive practice growth and maintain a positive clinical culture. The role combines clinical excellence with strategic leadership, managing a substantial clinical caseload (around 75%) while shaping the future direction of the practice and supporting business performance. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with a rota including occasional Saturday mornings.
Required Qualifications
- A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
