Clinical Lead Supervisor - (BCBA) - Rogers Park

Manage a small caseload of 4-5 clients while conducting assessments, crafting individualized treatment programs, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation. Provide coaching and mentorship to BCBAs and supervise BCBA students to develop clinical and leadership skills. Lead staff management using organizational behavior techniques, implement quality assurance measures, and co-present monthly group parent and staff training. Evaluate behavioral intervention plans through direct observation and data analysis to ensure strong clinical outcomes. Requires active BCBA and LBA credentials in Illinois with 3+ years of team leadership experience.
