Clinical Lead Supervisor (BCBA) - Pilsen - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Manage a small caseload of 4-5 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 22 hours. Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression. Provide coaching and mentorship to BCBAs to develop clinical, professional, management, and leadership skills. Lead and support staff management using organizational behavior management techniques leading to reduced turnover. Implement quality assurance measures for clinical staff and maintain compliant clinical documentation. Plan and co-present monthly group parent training and staff training. Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention plans through direct observation and analysis of data. Provide BCBA student supervision to BCBA students.
