Job Summary
Oversee high-quality mental health services for children, youth, and families by supervising direct reports, reviewing and approving clinical documentation in the electronic health record, and providing direct counseling in community or home settings. Conduct monthly clinical supervision for bachelor-level providers, lead case discussions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans. Collaboratively create treatment plans with clients and families, assign community-based services based on medical necessity, and maintain communication with schools, outpatient providers, and DSS representatives. Fulfill supervisory requirements for OLPs and CBPs while ensuring timely crisis intervention aligned with state and federal regulations. Requires a Master's degree, LCSW license, and driver's license.
