Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and guidance on practice standards to foster workforce capability and continuous improvement. Drive service innovation and growth by influencing the strategic direction of psychology services within Nurah and CoAct, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and person-centred care. Manage clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives while supporting clinicians in managing complex presentations. This newly created leadership role involves shaping the future of psychology services for adults and young people across Australia, reporting to the General Manager – NDIS & Allied Health.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience leading, supporting or supervising psychologists within a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience within the NDIS, disability and/or community mental health sector
- Strong clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching capability
- Experience supporting clinicians managing complex presentations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to ethical, evidence-based and person-centred practice
- Psychology Board Approved Supervisor status
- Experience leading service development, clinical governance or quality improvement initiatives
- Successful applicants may be required to undergo a criminal history check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check and other relevant pre-employment checks
