Job Summary
Maintain high standards of patient care, mentor veterinary colleagues, and develop efficient clinical processes and workflows. Lead the practice leadership team in driving clinical excellence and shaping the next stage of the practice's growth, including exciting plans for expansion. Collaborate on Journal Clubs and Clinical Meetings to foster continuous improvement within a low-stress, fear-free environment. Work full-time (36.66 hours per week) with no out-of-hours commitments and a 1 in 3 Saturday rota. Join a supportive team of three employed vets and four experienced RVNs in Leeds Kirkstall.
Required Qualifications
- experienced small animal GP
- excellent clinical skills
- excellent communication skills
- confidence supporting and developing colleagues
- comfortable with occasional sole charge
- passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- passionate about fostering a positive team culture
- full-time employment (36.66 hours per week)
- no out-of-hours commitments
- Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota
