Job Summary
Oversee delivery of high-quality mental health services to children, youth, and families by supervising Other Licensed Practitioners and Community-Based Providers. Fulfill supervisory requirements, review and approve clinical documentation in the electronic health record, and provide psychoeducation on therapeutic interventions. Lead monthly clinical supervision for bachelor-level providers, conduct mental health evaluations and diagnoses, and collaborate on treatment plans and safety assessments. Maintain consistent communication with families, schools, and external stakeholders while ensuring timely crisis intervention aligned with state regulations. Requires a Master's Degree and LCSW license.
