Clinical Lead Nurse

Oversee daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and manage clinic workflows to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient site performance. Provide direct patient care including triage, medication administration, immunizations, wound care, and specimen collection while ensuring compliance with nursing protocols, OSHA, infection control, and regulatory requirements. Lead staff development through hiring, onboarding, training, competency assessments, coaching, and performance evaluations. Manage clinical supplies, inventory, equipment, and assist with budget oversight. Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and continuity of care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives. Float to other clinic locations as needed to meet staffing requirements.
