Job Summary
Lead the clinical delivery of regional and global studies, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, recruitment, and operational objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance. Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to achieve enrolment targets, partnering with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain excellence. Provide leadership to clinical teams through resource planning, training, and project delivery oversight, while managing clinical risks and proactive mitigation throughout the study lifecycle. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support financial oversight including forecasting and budget management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in proposal development and bid defence activities for new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of clinical research, monitoring, or clinical operations experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment
- Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
- Experience leading clinical study delivery activities, including patient recruitment, site management and clinical quality oversight
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders in a global environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting project financial management and operational planning is desirable
