Job Summary
As Clinical Lead for Fabric's Medical Intelligence Team, own the quality and safety layer for AI-driven clinical content and protocols, build the validation framework and evidence standards, run review cadences, and be the clinical voice on safe-to-ship decisions. Partner with Medical Intelligence Team, product, and engineering to develop AI algorithms and QA processes; provide first-pass clinical reviews of logic and safety concerns; mentor through evidence-based recommendations to senior medical leaders. Leverage LLM tools to improve team efficiency and product safety, support data analyses and platform improvements, and represent Fabric in client meetings while delivering work to tight deadlines. This role requires a licensed clinician with formal clinical quality experience, a strong grounding in evidence-based medicine, and the ability to communicate complex medical decisions to cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Advanced Practice Provider (e.g., NP, PA)
- Commitment to standard of care and current clinical practice guidelines
- Expert in efficient literature review and evidence-based decision-making
- Experience applying AI agentic workflows or using LLM/AI applications in clinical practice
- Ability to translate clinical decision-making into structured workflows and defend decisions with evidence
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with product/engineering
- Detail-oriented with ability to balance deep-dive work and big-picture vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual English proficiency not required
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver clinical logic reviews and governance
- Bonus: experience in data analytics, clinical informatics, or health tech implementation
