Job Summary
Manage a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants while overseeing day-to-day ER/CCU operations to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Collaborate with department managers to optimize outcomes, implement clinical protocols, and provide guidance that fosters professional development. Complete monthly scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and manage payroll and staffing costs. Deliver results in staff development, best practices, training, client satisfaction, and safety. Requires 3+ years of clinical ER/CCU experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Swing shift position in SAGE San Francisco with a $9,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical experience in an ER/CCU setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing
