Job Summary
Clinical Lead responsible for directing the clinical management at Court Lodge, Lymington. Lead the clinical team, collaborate with Nurses and external agencies to drive clinical excellence, oversee clinical governance and audits, develop and support the nurse team and student placements, and ensure high-quality care for residents with frailty and dementia. Role involves leading with a can-do attitude, managing day-to-day tasks in the absence of the Home Manager, and coverage of 40 hours per week with some weekends, occasional nights, and on-call duties. Includes travel for clinical duties and maintaining professional registrations (NMC).
Required Qualifications
- NMC registration or equivalent nursing qualification
- Nurse-qualified deputy manager or clinical head of care experience
- leadership and management of clinical teams
- experience in elderly care or frailty/dementia settings
- ability to conduct audits and ensure clinical governance
- travel as required for patient care or external engagements
