Job Summary
Lead clinical management at Linden House, a dedicated dementia nursing home, ensuring the best care for residents with moderate to high frailty needs. Drive clinical excellence by leading the nursing team, engaging with external agencies, and overseeing clinical governance through audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers. Develop the nurse team and support student nurses on placements while managing everyday tasks in the absence of the Home Manager. Work 40 hours per week including some weekends, occasional nights, and share of the on-call support line. Essential business insurance required due to travel during work hours.
