Job Summary
Perform medical laboratory tests and analyses to provide data for diagnosis and treatment of patients, including biochemical, blood banking, hematological, microbiological, and urinalysis procedures. May supervise 2-3 support staff. Requires licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist by the New York State Education Department and a Bachelor of Science in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology or related science. Salary range is $30.27 to $49.77 per hour. Located in Glens Falls, New York.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology, OR BS in one of the biological, chemical, or physical sciences
- meets all of the educational and experience requirements for a Clinical Laboratory Technologist according to Part 58 of 10NYCRR Subpart 58-1 Clinical Laboratories of the NYSDOH code
- Licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist by the New York State Education Department
