Job Summary
Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Blood Bank for NYP, Night shift (12:00am–8:00am) in Manhattan, NY. Join a Blood Bank team in transfusion medicine; perform laboratory procedures for preparing and dispensing blood and blood products; contribute to antibody identification and immunohematology problems; maintain inventory of blood products per guidelines; requires on-site presence with commutable distance to NYP; ASCP preferred with at least one year Blood Bank experience; bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or equivalent experience; NY licensure required; sign-on bonus up to $10K; experiential bonus commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent experience)
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure
- Must obtain the License within 6 months of hire
