Clinical Laboratory Technician - $10,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

Clinical Laboratory Technician with LabCorp at Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - Franklin. Responsible for determining specimen acceptability, performing routine and complex procedures per SOPs, monitoring and troubleshooting instrumentation, making technical decisions, preparing and evaluating reagents/controls, reporting results to support patient care, and performing preventive maintenance and QC. Must identify and replenish supplies, maintain a safe work environment with PPE, and assist with specimen processing. Requires an associate’s degree in a chemical/biological science or medical technology and at least 1 year of CLIA-era laboratory experience; ASCP/AMT certification preferred. Additional qualifications include familiarity with laboratory information systems, ability to work independently and in a team, high attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, color blindness testing ability, and flexibility for overtime or other shifts. The role operates on 3rd shift (9:00pm-7:30am or 10:00pm-8:30am) with a 7-on/7-off schedule and rotating holidays in Franklin, WI.
