Clinical Laboratory Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead and assist in day-to-day operations of the laboratory, monitor instrumentation, perform routine and complex procedures per SOPs, train new hires and develop current staff, review production reports, ensure quality results and patient care, maintain safety and PPE usage, and communicate group progress. Responsibilities include determining specimen acceptability, preventive maintenance and quality control, troubleshooting equipment, preparing reagents/controls, managing supplies, and supporting a high-volume production environment with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical
- 5 years or more of experience as a Technologist
- FL Medical Technologist (MT) license
