Job Summary
Clinical Laboratory Supervisor (Evening Shift) at St. Luke's University Health Network. Supervises assigned staff in the clinical laboratory across areas such as Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, and Support Services; manages staff selection/training/orientation/competence and continuing education; ensures policies/procedures meet accrediting standards; oversees instrumentation maintenance and readiness; collaborates on staffing plans, proficiency testing, and quality management to uphold laboratory quality. Requires MLS/MT/MLT (ASCP) or eligible and prior supervisory experience; expected to coordinate with the Laboratory Quality Manager to maintain quality programs and ensure regulatory compliance. Shift is 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, Monday–Friday. Equal opportunity employer with extensive network footprint.
Required Qualifications
- MLS/MT/MLT (ASCP) or eligible
- Minimum of two years clinical laboratory experience and two years supervisory experience preferred
