Desired Qualifications
- Coursework, training, or experience in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or Biotechnology
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a science-related field
- Familiarity with basic wet-lab skills such as pipetting, sample handling, or sterile technique
- Experience working in a clinical, research, academic, or diagnostic laboratory setting
- Knowledge of laboratory recordkeeping, inventory, or quality assurance practices
- Interest in pursuing a career in molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratory science, or laboratory operations
