Expertly handle manual and electronic pipetting of small sample volumes while collaborating with laboratory management to maintain productivity, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. Requires overnight availability and proficiency in sterile technique, contamination control, and unidirectional workflow for a PCR lab. Desired Qualifications
- 1-year high complexity clinical laboratory experience preferred, unless required by the state in which the laboratory is located
- Broad understanding of sterile technique, contamination control, and unidirectional workflow necessary for a PCR lab
- Prior knowledge of molecular laboratory techniques and processes, including but not limited to micropipette
- ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification preferred
