Clinical Lab Director

Lead administrative, financial, and operational oversight of laboratory services, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, equipment management, and vendor coordination. Manage day-to-day laboratory workflow, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory readiness for CLIA, CAP, TJC, and ACHC standards. Implement laboratory policies and procedures while collaborating with hospital leadership, the Laboratory Medical Director, and external department leaders to ensure safe, efficient operations supporting patient care and clinical initiatives.
