Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- PBT (ASCP) or equivalent certification
- Completion of a relevant Clinical Lab Assistant or comparable program
- Proof of Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination or waiver
- Documentation of a PPD test within 90 days prior to hire or via TriCore testing
- Valid driver’s license and insurability by lab insurance carrier
- Eligible to work in a health care facility
