Job Summary
Clinical Lab Assistant responsible for ordering/preparing patient samples (e.g., blood and body fluids), delivering specimens to testing facilities, and providing clerical, administrative, and customer service support in the Central Lab. Works with doctors, nurses, and medical laboratory scientists; utilizes EMR/LIS to place orders, route and track specimens, and query results. Helps train new associates, manages supplies, and communicates test results to nursing units and physician offices. Sleep shift: Overnights, 7 on/7 off. Benefits eligible with a sign-on bonus; position located in Murray, Utah. Key skills include computer literacy, patient care, teamwork, regulatory compliance, and effective communication within a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
