CLINICAL LAB AR Manager

Clinical Lab AR Manager responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounts receivable and revenue-cycle operations for IMS Care Center's clinical laboratory. Manages lab invoicing, aging buckets, payer negotiations and appeals, and ensures billing practices comply with HIPAA, GLP, ISO standards, and payer contracts. Leads project planning and execution, communicates with sponsors, physicians, and internal lab functions, monitors budgets and expenses, and generates analytical reports. Requires strong proficiency in CPT/ICD-10 coding, EHR/clearinghouse systems, LIS, and a commitment to patient privacy and regulatory compliance. Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5+ years of medical billing/AR management in a laboratory setting are required. The role emphasizes financial oversight, quality control, risk management, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
