Job Summary
Manage clinical supplies, supplements, and outbound patient orders by forecasting inventory based on procedure schedules and maintaining accurate par levels. Work directly with Medical Assistants to ensure procedure rooms are stocked daily, conduct regular audits to catch discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors on purchase orders and delivery coordination. Pick, pack, and ship supplement orders accurately while negotiating pricing and flagging sourcing issues to leadership before shortages occur.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in an inventory, supply chain, or operations role
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to keep systems accurate, not just tidy
- Comfortable working directly in a clinical or medical environment alongside care staff
- Experience with purchase orders, vendor communication, and basic procurement processes
- Detail-oriented enough to catch the discrepancy before it becomes a problem
- Must be able to work on-site in Park City, UT
- Must be able to perform on-site, physical, hands-on work
Desired Qualifications
- Background in a healthcare, clinical, or wellness setting
- Experience with supplement or nutraceutical inventory
- Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment workflows (pick, pack, ship)
